"Well, it is obvious that the process of denazification of Ukraine will take at least 15-20 years. And the
irreversibility of this process must be guaranteed by the Russian garrisons, the Russian armed forces, which will be present on the territory of the country that is today called Ukraine. It is very important today not to do leave those cities in our rear under the control of previous administrations. They must be changed. A military commandant should be appointed from among senior Russian officers or generals, depending on the size of the settlement.
